Whether you’re a first timer in the gym trying to lose some weight, or an experienced lifter looking to build some quality muscle, we have something for you. We are also working on an exercise video library that will show you how to perform each movement properly and safely to make sure you are making the best of your time working out. In the meantime, the WLR Forum is a great place to ask our trainers and other members for tips and tricks on how to optimize everything from a certain exercise to your whole plan as a whole.
