Hardcore Hottie Volume 11 was my first challenge.  I have struggled with my weight since I was a child and have lost weight (and gained it back) many times over the years.  I started this current journey in April of this year and was losing weight and feeling better until I started to incorporate fitness into my schedule.  All of a sudden, I wasn’t feeling like myself anymore.  I was super tired and barely had the energy to make it through the day.  I spoke to a friend of mine who happens to be a fellow Weight Loss Rebel and she highly recommended Weight Loss Rebels and the challenges.  It turns out my previous diet was too restrictive and I wasn’t eating enough calories. 
I loved every aspect of the challenge.  It gave me the accountability I need, and pushed me to try things I wouldn’t have otherwise.  I have learned balance. I have come to love exercise. I have also learned that one crappy day of eating doesn’t have to turn into a crappy week of eating.  This is the longest I have stuck with a healthy living plan and I don’t see myself giving up on it anytime soon–and I think huge part of that is due to the awesome hottie team and the support that I received during this challenge.
