Here is their version of Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Muffins:

Twin Fitness Fix's Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Muffins

Ingredients
  • 🔸3/4 cup pumpkin purée
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp sweetener
  • 2 egg whites (or 2 servings liquid egg whites)
  • ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1-2 tbsp Mini chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Pre heat oven to 325 F.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl
  3. Place in mini muffin tin (mine made 12 mini muffins)
  4. Bake for 20-25min.
