Here is their version of Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Muffins:
- 🔸3/4 cup pumpkin purée
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp sweetener
- 2 egg whites (or 2 servings liquid egg whites)
- ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1-2 tbsp Mini chocolate chips
- Pre heat oven to 325 F.
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl
- Place in mini muffin tin (mine made 12 mini muffins)
- Bake for 20-25min.
