“Spreadin’ da Shreddin”

Background:
My great great great grandfather came from a secret Island with a population of 3 where he was a famous pastry maker and bodybuilder. He climbed Mt.Everest barefoot to grab some ingredients (frozen water) to create this shit, so please don’t be a hater in the comments below.

This is basically similar to Nutella, but Nutella actually ripped off my g-g-g-grandpappy’s recipe. He was actually too busy in the gym shredding fat, while building lean muscle and didn’t have time to trademark his product when these fat Nutella founders broke into his muscle building pantry to steal his bottle of OBARmuscella, and created their own version that has 200 calories coming from 12g of fat, and 21g of sugar per 2 tbsp.

So enough with the story, maybe I’ll write a book about it.. Back to Nutella…sheesh what a weak way to waste your caloric bucks.

Solution = OBARmuscella®

Ingredients:
1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
1 tsp Hazelnut Extract
1/4 cup Cocoa Powder (Unsweetened)
2 tbsp Bob’s Red Mill Coconut Flour

Directions:
-Mix all of da dry things above…aka everything listed.
-Slowly add water until it reaches a thick/creamy desirable consistency

After that you’re probably thinking, wow, this is too easy! Damn right it’s easy, and it’s a lot easier on your waistline as well because when you throw this bitch in a mason jar to impress your hipster buds, you’re now looking at around only 20 calories comin’ straight out da jar from .5g fat, 2g carb 1g fiber, and 2g protein per serving….

Spread it and fo’get it!
