That’s why these have become a staple in my diet. If I ate 3 a day I’d be stuffed and that’s not even close to what my recommended intake is, so that’s why they are PERFECT for you to lose fat with. Low carb, Low fat, High protein and taste delicious. Similar to a Chipotle bowl, but this is for the McDonald's burger lover trying to live a healthier lifestyle. Eat this 2x a day and your Big Mac cravings will disappear.
  • 340g+ Iceberg lettuce
  • 6 pickle chips or 2 spears
  • 8oz 96/4 Ground Beef
  • Walden Farms Thousand Island Dressing w/some Dill mixed in
  • 28g Lite Shredded Mozzarella
  • Reduced Sugar Ketchup
  1. Add to a HUGE bowl and eat!
