Many of you have asked for this and so here you go! To kick things off you will fill out a detailed questionnaire that ranges from food likes/dislikes, workout and diet experience, health history, preferences, daily schedule, cardio, etc.  Along with all this info you will attach pictures so that we can see your current level of muscle tissue and body fat.  Based off this data, I will build you a customized plan to reach your fitness goals.

Each plan will include lifestyle tips and tricks to make your diet work for you. This also includes detailed instructions on how to set up and nail your meals, as well as macronutrient recommendations which let you know how much you should be eating. A cardio program will be included for those who need it. 

After receiving the plan you will have 7 days to ask me any and all questions you have to best maximize the program to your needs.
